About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Birth certificate (urgent Message) for HK permanent residence application.

I burn in Hongkong 1983 and I have birth certificate it means enough to apply for HK permanent recidency right ? hope you will response my email and if possible please provide me HK SAR immigration phone number talk to immigration officer.
