my physical medical examination has done on the 12-Mar-2011 , is it ok to apply for a China visa?

Kindly be informed that I have prepared all documents which are required

for applying Z-VISA and we will come china embassy in Iran end of this week.

I have done physical medical examination on the 12-Mar-2011 and Q2 form has been

completed, it is ok ? or need do again.
