It depends on what kind of tickets you are holding. If they are special price tickets, sometimes the date are unchangeable. About the details, you need to contact the airlines with your e-ticket No. by yourself.

I just talked to Aeroflot today and they charge $100 per person for rescheduling. Obviously, plus the fare difference if any.
