About:Guangzhou Transportation

How can I take a train from Guangzhou to Hong Kong? how long is the journey? Thank you

I will be in GZ from 6-9 Aug 11.

The East Train station have trains to Hung Hom, Kowloon. It takes about 1hour 30-45 minutes.

Be aware that if you have only a one entry visa for China, going to HK means that you exit China and you will not be allowed to go back to GZ/CN (without a new visa).

Suggest u booking the come back ticket when u booking the ticket for GZ TO HK,in case ur can't buy the ticket in HK,during at some busy times. The early time for train is arond 08:05 the last one 19:00(GZ to HK) you aslo can check it out at hotel service counter and book the ticket for u (usually cost u 5-10 RMB for one ticket service fee) the ticket will deliver to ur room.
