can i use same invitation letter that was filed ?

I am planning to re apply for a china visa and wonder if it would be good to use the same invitation letter?was denied on my first application for visa and i had never been out of the country yet also, i wonder if invitation/documents sent thru email and not thru courier has has a big impact of getting the visa denied? thanks in advance for all the response.

You can try to use the same invitation letter to apply for China visa, but the invitation letter sent through email and not through courier is not accepted
