can I use same invitation letter that was filed ?

I am planning to re apply for a china visa and wonder if it would be good to use the same invitation letter?was denied on my first application for visa and i had never been out of the country yet also, i wonder if invitation/documents sent thru email and not thru courier has has a big impact of getting the visa denied? thanks in advance for all the response.
