express train to wuhan from ghuangzhou???

Question

are express trains still running? what time? where can i find schedule? is it three hours from ghuangzhou north railway station to wuhan- city center? i am trying to travel from hong kong to wuhan (then shi yan) and am wondering whether express train makes more sense than flying. it's definitely a lot cheaper. i wonder if it's reliable and whether they have journeys later in the day. thank you.
