About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

please explain to me how i should apply for scholarship and which college(s) i should apply.

You should apply for the Chinese scholarship through China Embassy or Consulate-General in your country. As for the college, it depends on what courses you will have. You can go to the official website of China Scholarship Council for some general info.:
