I want to apply for a Transit Visa to Hong Kong on my way to Philippines. Can someone submit my application on my behalf and pick it up when approved?

If you have Canadian passport, you don't need a transit visa to Hong Kong. If you really want to get it, you can ask someone else to submit your application on your behalf and pick it up when approved. Nationals of more than 160 countries don't need a visa to Hong Kong, you'd better tell me your nationality.
