About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

I'm from The Netherlands and travel from Argentina to China. Is it possible to get the Chinese Visa in Buenos Aires?

I'm going to travel till November in Argentina. In November I will fly to Beijing from Buenos Aires. Is it possible to get the Chinese Visa in Buenos Aires? Because I'm from the Netherlands?

If you have time, you'd better get China tourist visa in Netherlands, I can't sure you will obtain a Chinese visa in Buenos Aires. Maybe China embassy in Buenos Aires asks you to provide valid Argentina visa or residence permit.
