The same-day pick-up service is not available at the China embassy in Tokyo. You can apply for 2 working days processing service, then you can collect your visa on the second working day.0

You'd better prepare the Hotel Reservation and a two-way flight ticket. Sometimes, they are required by the visa officer.0
