is there a free shuttle bus service from Hong Kong airport to East Hotel in Tai Koo Shing?

There is no free shuttle bus service from HK airport to East Hotel. The best way for you is to take bus A12 from the airport and get off the bus at Cityplaza, King's Road, you will see the East Hotel.
