About:Chinese Embassy in Austria

early issue of tourist visa for china

madam/ sir,
we have been to china several times and as part of our world tour want to travel on the train from beijing to lhasa in June 2012. tibetdiscovery agent is helping us to obtain the tibet visa and the train tickets etc.(online)

the problem is that we are leaving austria in September 2011 and shall not be coming back to austria before travelling to asia including china and tibet.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP US TO OBTAIN THE CHINESE TOURIST VISA FOR JUNE 2012 BEFOER WE ARE LEAVING THIS SEPTEMBER?
IF SO, WE WOULD COME TO NEULINGGASSE AT YOUR OFFICE HOURS WITH THE VISA FORM ETC.

we thank you in advance, and hope you will be able to make an exception and issue the visa many months before arrival date in china.

Hi, joshi, you may mistakenly think this site as the official one for Chinese embassy or consulate. This is only a platform provided for enquiry about China visa applications. As my understanding, you can apply for a 6 months double or multiple entry visa in Australia before you leave in september. A single entry tourist visa has validity of 3 months with no exception, even less for some nationalities or on special occasions, like trade fairs or former Asian Games.

thank you very much for your reply. so it seems if we apply for a double entry we might be able to get our visa for june 2012 already in september. thanks again-beatrice joshi
