What train can I take from Hong Kong to Guangzhou? Should I buy round trip tickets in advance?

Hi...I am visiting Hong Kong in July, but my wife had relative in Guangzhou. What train can I take from Hong Kong to Guangzhou? Should I buy round trip tickets in advance?

Hi, there are about 12 pairs of through trains running between Hong Kong and Guangzhou from 08:20am to 21:30 pm each day. And you can buy the tickets after your arrival at the railway station.
