Who at China Airlines can re-issue E-tickets: prefixes of our names need to be added

We have a very big problem. We booked E-tickets on the internet with travel agent. We have set the tickets on our name STELT and forgot the prefixes VAN DER (in Netherlands we mostly dont use prefixes) So we have to get our E-tickets re-issued by the name of VANDERSTELT.

Who can you give permission to rectify the E-tickets that are on the name STELT into VANDERSTELT. All information on the tickets is correct, but only the Dutch prefixes VAN DER are missing. (Qantas has re-issued the tickets to Australia already for 300 euro administration costs). China Southern has to give permission to rectify the E-tickets and to let the travel agent re-issue the E-rickets into VANDERSTELT! If we dont get them re-issued, then we have to buy new tickets and it will cost us 6000,- and that is a lot of money for me. We fly to Australia on the 30th of june.

You book the flight of Air China (right?) through that agency. I think you should contact the agency or the airlines directly to change the name.
