About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Is beginning of November too late to visit the park? What would be typicall weather/temperatures?

No, April to November is the best time to visit Huanglong Scenic Area in fact. It will be clear and cool then in Huanglong with a temperature around 10C.
