Iam currently in YIWU and would like to proceed to Shanghai and Shouzhou then back to Beijing?

Kindly advise me please whether to take Shanghai then go to Shouzhou then back to Shanghai then Beijing. Is this correct or is there any good way to xvisit this cities in another way. Also Can I take bullet train to Shouzhou then take a T train from Shanghai to Beijing?
