How long are the buses en-route from the train station?

I am arriving by train from Beijing in Datong at about 5:00 am, and plan to take the buses to the grottoes as soon as they start running. What time is the first bus? About how long is the travelling time for buses 4 and 3-1? Also, about how much do these buses cost?
