About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

How long does it takes for the visa processing?

We are travelling to China the beginning of October and will be requesting a Visa. We are also travelling to the US before this and will need our visa. Will the China visa be process and completed in that time (approx. 4 weeks) and our present visas returned? Thanks for assistance.

It takes 4 working days for visa processing, the China visa can be processed and completed in approx. 4 weeks. A single entry tourist visa is generally valid for 3 months, if you go to China at the beginning of October, you can apply for China visa in August or September.
