It is around 1200km from Wuhan to Shanghai airport. You can take bullet train from Wuhan to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station and then take subway line 2 from Hongqiao railway station to Pudong airport.2

The quickest way is you take the Maglev high speed train from Shanghai Pu Dong Airport into Shanghai City. Then you need to take the subway to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station. You can find a Shanghai subway map on this website, it should be easy. From Shanghai Hongqiao railway station you take a bullet train to Nanjing (about 2 hours). In Nanjing you must change to a normal train that takes another 2 hours to Wuhu.
In total it will take you at least 6 hours from Shanghai Pu Dong Airport to Wuhu, Anhui.0
