About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

China Visa help required

i was in china on a business visa before and extended my visa for 15 days .After that i came back to Bangladesh .Now i want to apply again but i am afraid bcz one of my friends got refused as he extended his F visa also in China.He was refused saying that u extended ur visa in china so u r not eligible to get the visa as it is illegal to extend the visa there.He was really upset bcz he didnt extend his visa illegaly there.
Now i am really afraid bcz if my visa is refused.But i can make sure that my visa extension was not illegal there.But who will make the visa officr understand that we didnt stay there illegaly.
Pls help required regarding the issue.

Yes, the visa officer of China embassy is wrong, aliens can extend their visa in China, it is legal for you to extend your F visa for 15 days.

I think the visa officer misunderstands the extension, he/she misunderstands you get the extension because you overstay in China, if aliens overstay in China and surrender themselves to the police station, the exit-entry administrative department will issue a 10 or 15 days visa to them and ask them to exit China within the short period.

Mr. Shahin why u afraid too much, u should go china embassy with China govt. duly authorized invitation letter then u can get the visa cause last time i also stay 3 month leagal way, i also get my visa from china embassy. Thats no problem.
