how long the visa will take to be issued to Shanghai China and how much it will cost for UAE resident.

It takes 4 working days for processing if you apply visa through China embassy in Abu Dhabi or China Consulate in Dubai.

If you are UAE passport holders, it costs 150 Dirhams for single entry visa, 225 Dirhams for double entry visa, if you are other nationals reside in UAE, it costs 100 Dirhams for single entry visa, 165 Dirhams for double entry visa.
