Convert My China Work Visa to a Tourist L type

Hi, I recently finished a 1 year job contract in China (March 2011) on a Z type, now I am planning to travel to Shanghai because I wasn't able to sightseel while I was working. What documents do I need and can I get a tourist L type within 2 weeks? thank you.

You can get a tourist visa within 2 weeks, the required documents are:
1. your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.

2. A completely filled application form affixed with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo,

3. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket

4. Hotel reservation

5. Previously used China visa in old or new passport (Only visa stickers will be accepted)
