About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

Which station to take train to Shenzhen? Guangzhou or Guangzhou East?

Hi, what is the frequency of trains departing from Guangzhou station to Shenzhen?

Are there more trains from Guangzhou East station?

I can't seem to find the most updated schedule online. Do you know of any links that show me the schedule for Guangzhou station, as well as Guangzhou East station?
