About tourist visa exemption to China

I am married to Japanese and have been living in Japan for 24 years but still with a Filipino passport with a permanent visa in Japan. My husband and I are travelling to Nankin at the end of this month so I would like to know if I need to get a tourist visa for a three-day trip. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you for your time.

Yes, you need to apply for a China visa in advance through Chinese embassy or consulate over area of your residence in Japan.
