About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Medical examination for China visa application.

Hi, I am from Pakistan and currently staying in China for study(PhD). my visa will expire in next month 2011 and i need to extend it for one year. i have been told that for renewal i need a new jw202 which may take at least one month. meanwhile i have to go back to Pakistan this month. so I have to apply for X visa from there after receiving JW202. i already have done my medical examination from here(China). my question is, can i use this medical certificate for visa application in Chinese embassy? if yes do i need to get it attested from foreign office?..... in my opinion it should be allowed and without any attestation.
