regarding travel to beijing, xian, chengdu, lijiang, kunming, guilinchongqing in

We are traveling to Beijing in early September we intend to travel around from Beijing to Xian onto Chengdu by train, to Liang by plane to Kunming by train to guilin onto chongqing by train river curise to three gorge dam to Yichang then plane/train to Shanghai can you help with booking these planes trains and river cruise and what are your charges do you deliver tickets to where we are staying and when can they be booked?
