Any chinese school for foreigns in putuo of Zhoushan?

im peruvian citizen living in putuo( im new here in china) and i will like to find any chinese school or karate ,can someone help me please ...i dont speak chinese and is very hard to find restaurants with normal western food or even a decent hairsalon for simple manicure ..
