About:China Visa Application in UK

I am teaching in South Korea and am from the Uk. Can I apply by using the Chinese embassy in Seoul?

I have an Alien registration card and my passport with me. What forms do I need to fill in as I'm not currently a resident in the UK?

You need to fill visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B because you are applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your nationality.
