Rubiera-Re, Emilia-Romagna is under the consular districts of China Consulate in Milan, you need go to Milan to submit visa application, the requirements are:1. your passport 2. filled visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B 3. one passport photo 4. Italian residence permit and its copy 5. flight tickets booking.
