what are visa requirements for student visa of Chinese scholarship students of Master??

My name is Muhammad Mushtaq.i m a citizen of Pakistan.i got Chinese gov scholarship for master.now i want to know what are student visa requirements?
what are specification of picture(submit for visa)
is there any need of police clearance certificate?

The student visa requirements are:
1. Student Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW 202 or JW201, original and photocopy);

2. Admission Letter from your perspective university;

3. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad.

4. Mark sheet/diploma (original and photocopy).

5. your passport

6. application forms V.2011A and V.2011B

7. One recent 2×2(in.)-sized color passport photo, white in background, with a full front view of the applicant's head and shoulders but without any head cover.
