can i get a business visa to china before 30th june?

I first traveled to China on a Business visa in March,2011. I came back and got an employment visa. I went back again in April. Due to personal reasons, I had to come back to India on 25th May. I did not take up employment. I want to go back to China on business visa. But the officer says I have an employment visa so I cannot apply for business visa. My work visa is valid till 30th June. Is there anyway I can get business visa before that date or I have to apply for a business visa after 30th June. please reply. This is very urgent. Thanks.

ahmed, I don't think you can get a business visa to China before 30th June or after 30th June. First, you get a business visa in March and enter China, 2011, then you come back to India and get a employment visa, go to China again in April, why don't get a Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entering China, Employment Visa holders should get a Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after arrival, the residence permit can be used a multiple entry visa, however, you leave China and come back to India on 25th May. The visa officer now suspects your real purpose of coming to China, if you really want to work in China, why don't you come back to India immediately after entering China by holding an employment visa? Now you apply for business visa again, do you want to work in China or just go to China for business? The visa officer was confused and suspect you.  If you want to work in China, you have to start again to apply for work visa.
