Hi, Henry. It is generally a nice time to visit Hangzhou. The weather is cool and pleasant with a temperature of about 9~17C. You can wear long-sleeved T-shirts and jacket during that time.
There is airport shuttle bus running between the downtown area and the airport. You can find the bus at Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office, Hangzhou City. The fare is CNY20.
