We are from Belgium and live in Hungary. Where and how can we get a visum for a holiday in China?

We will visit friends in Beiing, from 27th of July till 10th of August. I would like to get a visum for myself, my husband and our two children of 14 years old. We are going for holidays. We would like to ask You how we can get a visum. Thanks in advance for Your reply.
