You can submit your application to Chinese embassy in Hungary. Requirements for China tourist visa are as follows:1. original passport valid for more than 6 months with at least two blank visa page;2. application forms for China visa application V2011A and V2011B (these can be download from this site);3. one passport-sized photo;4. your residence permit or valid visa for hungary if any.
