Hello, we would like to go from Baiyun Airport to Kowloon. What would be the easiest way?

You can take the airport shuttle bus from Guangzhou airport to Shenzhen. Then take a taxi to Luohu Border in Shenzhen and pass through the border, you will get into HK. You can then take the east rail line to Kowloon.
