can try to submit for maximum to year multiple china visa, but of course her passport evalidity must have valid of two years.if yours wife is malaysian, that will be easier to get visa in china visa application service centre of kuala Lumpur.she can apply visit relative of china visa for two year,if she apply at CVASC kuala Lumpur, just fill in the form, bring recently photo, and her valid passport, that will be enough.if you are worry ,you may bring together you working permit, resident permit and your malaysia passport, they will check and then ask you photocopy of it,but most of these they will told you no need attach any document also will be all right.otherwise, you may refer to www.visaforchina.org.
