I am in Jeddah. Saudia Arabia. I want to apply for Work Visa for China. where i should submit my request for Job Visa.

Have you got work permit and official invitation letter from China? if not, you need better contact your future employer for these two documents. After getting these, you can submit your China visa application to Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Jeddah.
