About:Morning Exercise on the Square

For mid June in Jinan, is a full sleeved warm shirt /overall is needed? do I need an umbrella too?

Summer shorts will be ok here in June. The average temperature has been 30C during daytime recently. Of course, a long-sleeved shirt should be take in case of little spit.
