Transportation from Shanghai Pudong Airport After Subways Close

How can I get from PVG to Century Park at around 10:30 on a tuesday night? Are there any bus routes? Anything but taking a taxi would be preferred!

The best way for you is to take the airport night line from Pudong airport to Pudong Avenue, then catch a taxi to the Century Park. The first airport night line departs at 23:00 from Pudong airport.
