where to apply 3 months hongkong visa for my mother?

im a domestic helper in hongkong.going to philippines for 10 days holiday.i would like to bring my mother to visit hongkong for 3 months when i return.i want to ask where to apply visa ,is it inhongkong or philipppnes.she is 78years old.thanks

You can apply for 3 months Hong Kong visit visa for your mother in Hong Kong. Even though you submit the Hong Kong visa application to the China embassy/consulate in the Philippines, the application still needs to get the approval of Immigration Department of Hong Kong Government. It takes about 1 month for the processing. Therefore, you don't have enough time to wait for the visa in the Philippines. You can take your mother to Hong Kong first, then go to HongKong Immigration Department to apply visa for her.
