About:China Transit Visa

Do I need a China transit visa?

I'm will be travelling to France with my boss family from Hong Kong to Shanghai and last destination Paris. I'm from Philippines. I will not go out to the airport so Do I need a China transit visa?

If the stopover time is less than 24 hours in Shanghai and you won't go out of the airport, a transit visa is not required.
