Do Chinese People Need Visa When They Visit Philippines?

Hi there! I'm currently working in Tianjin and I'm going back to the Philippines in August for a vacation. My 2 Chinese colleagues already booked a ticket going to Manila in August for an 11-day holiday. Do they need to get a tourist visa first?

Thanks in advance!
Have a nice day!

Completed application form with photograph;

certificate of property ownership with its English translation;
written guarantee executed by an accredited Chinese travel agency;
bank statement; or
written guarantee executed by a Filipino citizen or reputable Philippine company

Visa fee of RMB250 per applicant
For visa applications, please pay exact amount;
RMB250 for single entry;
RMB500 for 3 months multiple entry;
RMB1000 for 6 months multiple entry;
Additional fee of RMB250 for overtime.

The Consular Officer has the discretion to request for additional documents.

Note:

Hi
just thought I chime in here.

I don't know why you added so many requirements.

In Shenzhen China I just took my CHINESE friend to a travel agency and he got a Visa to go to Philippines for only Y400 RMB, we only need 2 photos and her international passport. Then we went to Hong Kong.

But no one ever requested us to supply any proof of money or employment, no translation paper work.

We just went for 3 days

Hong Kong Airport also didn't require anything special to go to the Philippines.

Shenzhen is not in anyway connected to the other areas which were discussed.

Many areas of China are definitely NOT included in many applications for Western or Asiatic countries.

These zones are such as Xinjiang, etc. Mongolia Etc.
All are completely different than internal China.

Shenzhen although inside China, is very different.
