The requirements for you to apply tourist visa to China are:
1. Completed visa application forms of People's Republic of China (Form V.2011A and Form V.2011B)
2. one recent passport photo
3. your passport
4. Georgia residence permit and its copy
5. two-way flight tickets and hotel reservation.
