chengde - new retailhotel complex?

We've just read in the new LP China guide that a new retail and hotel complex was under construction in Chengde, just south of the Mountain Villa Hotel. Any idea whether this complex is ready now? Does the complex indeed hosts a new hotel?In fact we are looking for a nice hotel in Chengde, but it seems that the choice is limited. Except for the Mountain Villa hotel which has mixed reviews, there are not that many English reviews on hotels in Chengde. For the moment we would opt for the Chengde hotel, mainly for its location. Any input is welcome ...Thanks!!

The hotel is called xinggong hotel,witch is under construction,but not in the south of mountain villa hotel.I konw a hotel that  called yunshan hotel which is the best one in chengde.Chengde is not very big,you can walk anywhere in a short time.
