Work Z-Visa Application Inquiry

I just graduated from university in December 2010, and received a job offer as a Hotel Management trainee and I'll be working in Hangzhou,China for 1 year contract. I am applying for visa using the old version of application and need clarity on the following application questions:
1.14 Your Current Occupation? Do I put the new position I'm being hired for in China?
2.2 Intended Number of Entries: Single entry valid for 3 months? Not sure on that one.
2.3Date of first possible entry into China?
2.4 Longest Intended Stay in China ____Days? My contract is for 1 year if that helps.
2.5 Please list cities/counties and provinces to visit in China in a time sequence. I'll be flying into Shanghai and taking train to Hangzhou, where I will live and work during the 1-year contract.

I appreciate any and all feedback at your earliest convenience.
Thank you,
Aaron

1.14 You can click Other (Please specify) for the Current Occupation, then write you will work in Hangzhou as a Hotel Management trainee.

2.2 You can click single entry valid for 3 months because Z visa is single entry, valid for 3 months. Z visa holders have to apply for Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entry. Then the residence permit replaces the Z visa.

2.3 You can write the date when you plan to enter China, I guess you will enter China before the start of work.

2.4 Longest Intended Stay in China 365 Days

2.5 You can Write Shanghai - Hangzhou (Zhejiang Province)
