About:Embassy & Consulates of Russia in China
Is the Russian consulate in Guangzhou open on Monday June 6th
As Monday is a holiday (Dragon boat festival) for Chinese people it is the only weekday I can travel to Guangzhou to apply for a Russian visa. I want to make sure the consulate is open before I make the long trip.
