About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

I am iranian and have prepared all documents for taking z- visa but how my family take z-visa?

my wife and children names have not been mentioned in my employment license and invitation letter for Z visa what we can do for my family?

You family members need related note, letter or visa notification issued by an authorized unit from China, you can ask your employer for it; as well as documents proving their status as dependents, marriage certificate for example.
