About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I have a personal letter need to be notarized by Chinese Consular in US. How do I process this?

This letter is about to prove the bank: I'll not to pursue the money in bank after My father passed away, in order the bank can release the account to my mom.

1. the personal letter should be signed before a notary public
2. Certified by the Secretary of the State Office of the state where the document is executed.
Some states require the notarized document to be sent to the notary public's county clerk for verification before presenting to the Office of Secretary of State. Please contact Secretary of State Office of the state where your document is executed for details.
3. Certified by the relevant China embassy or Consulate General in USA.
