can i get permanent residence in china?

I married a Chinese woman 2004,have a 6yr old daughter,have bought personal home 3 yrs ago.I fulfill all requirements

Even though you satisfy all the conditions for Permanent Residence application, it is very very hard to get it. But you can first submit the application to Public Security Bureau.  The public security authority should make a decision on whether or not to approve the applications for permanent residence in China filed by aliens within six months starting from the day of receipt of the applications.
