About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

What type of work permits or other China approvals does the spouse need?

A U.S.spouse works in China on diplomatic visa; the husband and kids are there via her diplomti visa. if the "following" spouse wants to work from home, doing his U.S. job and not doing business for or on behalf of any Chinese entity, what type of work permits or other China approvals does the spouse need? Thank you

The spouse doesn't need any work permit or other China approvals if he work from home, doing his U.S. job and not doing business for or on behalf of any Chinese entity
