If we want to go to Pu Tuo Mountain, should we fly in to Shanghai or Ninpo? Which one is better?

We would like to go to Pu Tuo Mountain, we don't want to spend too much time on boat. Which city should we fly in and how far it takes to go to Pu Tuo Mountain?

Well, maybe you can fly to Ningbo and then take ferry from Ningbo port to PutuoMountain. the ferry journey is about 70 minutes.
